Job Description

Spotahome is actively looking for an enthusiastic and talented in-house Technical Recruiter to join the people acquisition team.

You will help sourcing candidates  in EU throughout the entire process, ensuring the best recruitment experience to candidate and that you establish Spotahome as the most attractive brand.

 

We are currently looking for an Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Central Team in Madrid.

 


Your Mission

  • Talent sourcing: identify the right candidates for both technical and non-technical roles inside the company;
  • Pre-screening and screening of candidates: ensure that selected candidates pass the relevant technical tests and hold first interviews with them, in order to check cultural fit;
  • Design and execute customized, full cycle recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results posible
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques, partnering with our sourcers as needed
  • Working on other recruiting projects as necessary
  • Focus on quality, timely delivery of service and effective cost control in terms of cost per hire

 

 

 

Your Profile:

  • 5 + years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within tech pipelines
  • Proven track record in creating technical teams in a start-up like environment;
  • Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory c2, fluency in any other European languages is a plus.
  • A technical background or basic programming skills are a plus
