We’re looking for a VP of People who will develop our HR strategy and
lead all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management and culture
for our company. The VP of People will play a critical role in the
leadership team and will help us become the #1 global tech school. The
VP of People will report directly to the company founders. We prefer
that the VP of People work out of our Madrid office, but we will
consider candidates from any of our other cities (listed below).
The VP of People will be responsible for:

Defining our people strategy to ensure a world-class culture and alignment with our mission

Implementing strategic initiatives to support growth of the
different teams, while improving the overall Ironhack employee
experience

Partnering with the leadership team to identify talent needs and put in place processes to acquire and develop the talent

Sourcing, screening and completing a preliminary assessment of candidates

Working with managers to develop growth plans for all company employees

Performing benchmarking analyses of compensation and benefits
-
Acting as a brand ambassador to continue building a strong employer brand

Designing employee training and learning & development opportunities

Developing all HR related company policies and procedures

Ensuring compliance with all local legal and regulatory requirements in all of our markets
