🤔 How do we help restaurants?
👉 Digitalize all their invoices and delivery notes, and have them in the cloud and in our interactive dashboard to help them make real-time decisions with up-to-date data.
👉 Know in real-time all the products’ price variations from their suppliers instantly.
👉 Create BoM (bill of materials) of their whole menu to set a selling price and control the margin of each dish on the menu. This also allows them to update every dish's cost with the last product’s purchase price in real-time.

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will be responsible for achieving scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of our product, as well as mentoring the current team and hiring future members.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis? ⚡️
👉 Technical Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the software engineering team in the development of solutions.
- Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to ensure product scalability, performance, and strategy.
👉 Software Development:
- Actively participate in coding and code review to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Develop the necessary architecture to enable Squads to carry out their work.
👉 Project Management:
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Ensure timely project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
👉 Team Mentoring and Development:
- Foster a collaborative work environment and continuous learning.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the professional growth of team members.
👉 Inter-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to understand customer needs and ensure strategic alignment.
👉 Resource Management:
- Coordinate efficient resource allocation and project planning to meet established deadlines.
Skills and Experience📚
👉 6 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
👉 Proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES dialects, both in browser and Node.js environments. Experience with TypeScript, or a good grasp on type systems and how they apply to untyped interpreted languages.
👉 Confidence in working with automation systems for testing, deploying or maintenance. You must be able to identify and automate inefficient processes.
👉 The ability to deal with code originating from an MVP, and the good judgement to decide when to redo, when to refactor, and when to leave as is.
👉 Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns, such as domain-driven design or clean architecture.
👉 Experience with React and React hooks, bonus points for CSS-in-JS solutions.
👉 Familiarity with DevOps procedures and tools, and a good grasp on cloud based applications.
👉 Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
👉 Experience in implementing agile methodologies and modern development practices.
👉 Proactive approach, ability to make informed decisions, and creatively solve problems.
👉 Excellent leadership skills and team motivation.
