Be responsible for solutioning proposals to penetrate new accounts, expand in existing accounts, and of the technical aspects of the top accounts assigned to them.

Serve as referral and point of contact for internal and external technical and no technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the growth of the accounts, looking for new opportunities and support these opportunities being the solutions owner. Is responsible for the quality and rightness of the projects for those accounts.

Lead Technology strategy roadmap to execute the account plan

Set up engagements for delivery success based on the best technical solutions, leveraging studios and practices

Oversee and constantly improve key delivery aspects such as Productivity, Quality, and Autonomy

Strive for the best technological solutions to realize the client business and provide the best end-customer value

Create an environment of trust with the client where any challenges/risks can be openly and timely discussed Identify development potential in accounts by studying new technologies and connecting with the business

Bonding with customer’s personnel to identify and evaluate emerging needs and analyzing opportunities

Own opportunities, working with Studios to leverage and share existing/available portfolio of technology solutions to address needs and proposals.

Constantly manage risks, in terms of delivery, capacity, product/solutions, and all technical aspects associated with the engagement

Establish technology objectives to teams associated with Maturity, Productivity, and Quality, communicate them effectively, and actively work with involved studios to enable their accomplishment

Interface successfully with Studios to define and execute capacity and technology plans managing expectations effectively and pursuing mutual benefit/agreement

Interface successfully with internal support teams (staffing, recruiting, hr, etc.), managing expectations effectively, and pursuing mutual benefit/agreement

Select, coach, and provide orientation (responsibilities, activities, objectives) to qualified personnel in leading positions for the account.
