What you'll be doing:
- Working with the product and machine learning team, you’ll play a major role in building our flagship product
- You’ll help others in reviewing code and designing components
- You’ll be working mainly with ReactJS, GraphQL (Apollo) and other frontend tools
- You'll be discovering new ways to communicate our insights to our
users; this really requires you to think broadly about communicating
uncertainty, risk and complexity
What we'd like you to have:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Fundamentals, ES6, ES7)
- Experience with React, GraphQL and Apollo
- Experience with webpack or equivalent bundle management
- Degree in Maths / Computer Science / Engineering is desirable but not required
- Familiar working with Git in engineering teams
- (bonus) experience with unit testing / TDD
- (bonus) contributions to relevant open source projects
- (bonus) DevOps experience, especially with infrastructure
management (e.g. Ansible/Terraform/Puppet), CI/CD (e.g. CircleCI), and
containers (e.g. Docker)
