As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead one of our Product
areas and work alongside our awesome team of Product Managers and
Engineers to build the best products that solve our customers’ problems
and wins the market. You will play a critical role becoming the bridge
among business, stakeholders, customers and the engineering force, and
having the power, therefore the great responsibility to focus on
business impact and on the strategy and product vision. You will play an
essential role within your own vertical team where all the skills are
covered, from Engineering to DevOps, to help them, guide them, and make
sure they give the maximum. You will need to be comfortable in the high
ambiguity of a disruptive startup, where the reaction to market is
essential to evolve and succeed. It is a huge challenge that requires
both an entrepreneurial and technical mindset.
PositionResponsibilities
Define the product strategy, roadmap and its execution.
Own the backlog.
Define and own KPIs.
Continue to grow the Product team based on business and technical needs.
Be the bridge between Stakeholders, customers and the Product team.
Find
out what the software must achieve, how it will be used and generate
ideas our teams will draw on to create custom applications.
Deeply
understand our customers’ needs and gather requirements by collecting
data and speaking directly to end users, acting internally as the
advocate for our users.
Manage and resolve conflicts with stakeholders and customers.
Explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional design using use cases.
Define and write user stories.
Facilitate product definition workshops with different teams and stakeholders.
Be the Super User. Know the Product like the back of your hand.
Help the team perform at the highest level, removing blockers and impediments to progress.
Main requirements
At least 3 years of product management or product development, or technical Project Manager experience.
Technical background and experience in integrations with internal systems and 3rd parties.
Experience defining the Product strategy and long-term vision.
Experience in product development.
Experience gathering requirements.
B2B & B2C experience
Fluent in English — most of our stakeholders will be non-Spanish speakers.
Great communication skills, explaining concepts, roadmaps, timings…
Be a strong influencer, by nature, who can lead a Product team.
Experience working in agile and lean methodologies.
Self-starter who takes ownership, focus on continuous improvement and excellent work ethic.
Nice to have
Previous startup environment experience.
Experience working in a similar industry.
Successful experience building Products at early stages that scale.
