Your challenge
As a senior
growth marketer, you will have a cross-functional role working closely
with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams. Utilising data driven
marketing insights, you will help plan and optimise our marketing
channels and tactics to help build creative ways to educate prospects
about an evolving industry to help propel our business forward. In
short, you will make it easier for people to understand and fall in love
with Impraise.
We have a dynamic marketing team, and you
will be joining as a digital specialists who can work alongside others
to create kick-ass campaigns and experiments across a range of channels -
contributing where it suits best depending on experience and your
ability to impact success. All for one and one for all.
Responsibilities
Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will
design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution
through to completion
Understand the lifecycle of leads and customers at Impraise and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Help with the creation and implementation of the overall acquisition strategy (online & offline)
Own our automated nurture campaigns and associated metrics to
drive ongoing conversion rate improvements at all stages of the funnel
Work closely with our Head of Product Marketing, Head of CS, and
Head of Product to increase retention of current and future customers.
You’ve got what it takes if you have...
Minimum 4 years experience, with 2 years in a similar position
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS is ideal, but not essential
You’re always looking ahead to the future and what will help tell
our story to our audience in the best way possible. This doesn’t mean
the next silver bullet, but whatever is going to help succeed
You know how to create, run and analyze experiments to the point of perfection.
Knowledge and hands-on experience of digital channels, including
but not limited to: SEO, PPC/CPA, social media advertising, email
platforms and Google Analytics.
A highly data driven mindset– you love to measure and test everything.
Self-motivated, highly ambitious, strong organizational skills.
You make things happen, and will drive projects to make sure that happens
We don’t expect Don Draper, but you need to have copywriting
chops (english) to create ads, emails and other content so you’re not
relying on others
Passionate about taking Impraise from startup to scale up by educating our audience in a new and highly competitive industry
