Why we want you
As our Revenue Operations Manager, you work with the efficiency and effectiveness of a conveyor belt feeding a cash register.
Like a spider with 8 umbrellas for legs, your reach stretches far and
wide – optimising our commercial operations across multiple parts of
the company. Working with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, you
enable our teams to maximise marketing opportunities and recurring
revenue, minimise churn, and develop and grow accounts.
Your extensive web of projects brings you clear line of sight across
the entire Customer Lifecycle, from Lead to Renewal. This holistic view
fuels your expert performance analysis, reporting solutions and
decision-making towards the whole organisation, as well as external
stakeholders.
In a hybrid role that merges your spidey-sense with operations
knowledge, business intelligence, and strategy, you’ll sniff out and
fill gaps that lack an owner and act as a central hub of information for
the entire organisation.
N.B. If you are actually a literal spider, please do not apply. You are good for the above metaphors but you are terrifying.

What makes a Champ
You might have heard a lot of things about working in a startup.
Honestly, we’re guilty of some of them – free drinks, a young team with
funny accents from all over the world, and at least one of our
developers has a beard. And also like a lot of start-ups, we’re growing
at the speed of a cheetah on a skateboard going down a hill.
So what makes Hotelchamp different to other startups? The short answer
is how we treat you. We celebrate the individual success of each and
every employee, we’re just as interested in your development as our own,
and we’ll absolutely push you to your limits – but never too far. We
know that our company is only as good as the people who work here, so we
only hire the best and the brightest. Because that’s what it takes to
be a Champ.
