highly motivated, and innovative Project Manager to work at the
forefront of what makes us successful.
As a successful Project Manager you will be managing the cost,
schedule, technical requirements, performance and customer relations
aspects of satellite communication antenna development programs at the
enterprise level. You will also be responsible for the technical
aspects, working in close collaboration with leading mechanical, RF and
system engineers. You have a proven record of successfully leading a
development effort through design and verification stages. You have
excellent customer relations and communications skills. You’ve served as
the primary customer interface through the life of a program. You
understand the Business Development and bid process and have
participated in programs from concept to implementation. In addition,
you will be responsible for growing programs and product offerings to
our customers, driving the strategy, profit and loss, customer
interfacing, product evolution, marketing of the product line, and
presentations to customers and senior management. We will look to you to
lead, direct, and motivate cross-functional teams across multiple
organizations while ensuring our customers’ requirements are being met.

*Requirements
5+ years of project management and customer management experience for product development programs
5+ years of technical engineering background
Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams through
multiple phases of the product development and service lifecycle.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline
Up to 20% travel
Swiss Citizenship or EU (27) Citizenship

Communications systems development experience
Expertise in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project and proficiency in developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules.
