We are looking to hire a Paid Acquisition Director to lead our Acquisition team, working from our head offices in Barcelona.
The critical role will have the responsibility to manage the group growing ad investment , lead the acquisition department that specialised in all forms of paid acquisition. we are looking for a leader who is a results driven, passionate about paid acquisition , love crunching numbers and with analytics abilities. We have ambitious targets and we like to find a lead that is dynamic , experienced and experienced.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the paid search investment strategy and ensure the right execution
Set monthly and quarterly acquisition goals in collaboration with finance and marketing and own budget and spending analysis to maximize yield from paid campaigns
Work closely with internal development team on projects to build tools and enhancements that increase impact from search and other paid media campaigns
Present and communicate paid digital strategy to executive level decision makers as well as other stakeholders
Proactive explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create systems of continual optimization and improvement through A/B testing
Manage relationships with providers such as Google, Facebook, Bing, etc.
Liaise with other departments to ensure paid activities are aligned with other marketing activities
Set quarterly goals on growth from ad text improvements, landing page optimizations, and account restructuring
Skills & Experience:
6+ years of paid search marketing, experience running global campaigns in multiple languages
Good command of English and Spanish. German or Italian would be highly valued.
Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for testing and measuring results including deciphering incremental impact and test results
Experience working closely with Google, Facebook, Bing Yandex, Naver, etc.
Expertise in social, retargeting, mobile app and other digital acquisition channels
Ability to lead and mentor a team of search marketers
Proficiency in SQL or related querying language a strong plus
Strong collaborator able to work with internal stakeholders and drive coordination between marketing, product and sales
