hands-on professional to be a key player inside our Operations team. You
will provide both strategic thinking and analytical skills to help
scale our operations and build excellence in our processes.
As a key
leader in our operations team, working directly with the COO, you will
be responsible for building the right processes and KPIs that will allow
us to be, not just in all spanish cities but also around the globe!
The
ideal candidate for this role should have a strong combination of
analytical skills, logistic experience and heavy focus on creating and
continuously improving our process.

is a travel & technology startup that helps travelers to get more
out their trips by offering off-airport luggage check-in services by
connecting key travel players in our technology ecosystem (airlines,
online travel agencies, handling agents, curriers, etc.)
Everyday more airlines offer our services in their booking process as we are integrated with them!
Our
vision is to develop a full fledged service, door to door, that
completely satisfies our customers around the world. Passengers will
never have to carry their luggage again! We are changing people's
travels!
RESPONSABILITIES
- Create and test operational processes, which will allow us to operate in several cities and open new ones in record time.
- Build a structure with external providers to ensure 100% demand coverage
- Control and optimize costs
- Track and control daily operations activities
- Optimize and improve processes, providing feedback loops and analysing logistic performance.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure services are fit-for purpose. This means collaborating with Tech and Customer Experience.
- Be involved with different projects across regions.
REQUERIMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Experience in a high growth and high performance start-up with a fast pace in the logistic sector.
- Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Math or similar technical field.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical, structured, organised and data driven.
- Hands on approach.
- Thrive in a fast changing, demanding environment and really want to make a difference.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects in a logical, structured and disciplined way and initiative to do so autonomously.
- Strong strategic vision and business mindset

A well rounded personality with strong communication skills to grow and
manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders while
conveying information clearly.
- Excel proficiency
- Experience in SQL and/or coding is a plus

Fluent in both Spanish and English - the official company language is
English and you will have to feel comfortable communicating in both
languages.
