What You’ll Do:
Working on a newly revamped mobile slots app, the Monetisation Manager
will develop strategies that drive monetisation with our players. You
will analyse and define strategies to increase player conversion,
in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU). You
will be responsible for obtaining and analysing business targets and
requirements with the Product Team and Studio Management. In order to
achieve these targets, you will use various communication tools in the
context of the app to deliver appropriate pricing strategies, sales,
promotions and engagement events. This is a highly data-oriented
position and you will use your analytical skills, to optimize your
strategies over time and maximize your results.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and product development to
manage and develop strategies that drive monetisation in the app
·
Work with different teams to drive monetisation strategies,
increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies,
identify opportunities and provide monetisation reporting
·
Own and manage the marketing calendar, creating fun and engaging
promotions to maximize revenue and engagement. You will also be
responsible for the execution of this calendar
· Set pricing strategy for in-app-purchases, monitor in-game economics and modify pricing based on results
· Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the monetisation of players
·
Work with Data Analytics team to provide reports that track KPIs to
the studio management team in order to identify and predict trends
· Present to studio management on a regular basis your strategy, results, and progress
· Monitor trends and benchmarks in order to set monetisation best practices
·
Lead the development and updates of internal performance reports in
order to support business process improvement initiatives
· Manage the monetisation and product marketing team, delegate tasks and mentor them on a daily basis
About You:

5+ working experience with at least 2+ years working in a similar
role at a mobile games company. Relevant experience would include
Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Monetisation Manager, or Product
Marketing Manager
· Highly analytical, with experience using data to drive results
·
Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, to thrive at
an extremely fast pace and find creative ways to get things done
· Ability to work and drive results independently as well as collaborate with others on solutions
· Extremely organized and an excellent communicator in English
· Team management experience
·
Experience using marketing and CRM tools in a mobile gaming
environment and knowledge of segmentation and targeting techniques
