The Marketing Director oversees all marketing operations of the company and develops its marketing strategy and vision. The Marketing Director is in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and directs JustPark’s marketing efforts towards international success. The goal is to ensure JustPark’s marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform competition. This is a data driven and performance marketing role.
Key Result Areas
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the relevant market research efforts of JustPark to enable us to Know Our Customer
- Use a data-driven approach to define marketing strategies to support JustPark’s overall strategies and objectives
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands
- Develop a feasible international marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (digital, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project JustPark’s unique “voice”
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Requirements
- Proven experience as an international Performance Marketeer or similar role having operated in both Consumer and BtB channels
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Clear ability to define measurable strategies to target well defined channels and segments.

- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over non-digital (e.g. press) channels
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, mathematics or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
- Managed, created, measured and scaled campaigns across multiple digital channels
- International experience in both consumer and BtB marketing
