We are about to launch in the UK and are looking for a talented
Marketing Manager to create and execute our marketing and content
strategy. The aim of this role is to promote our brand, accelerate
growth, and to ensure that our customers and partners get an exceptional
experience on their FloodFlash journey.
What we want you to do
• Work closely with account executives to create high-quality FloodFlash sales and product material, both in print and online
• Develop compelling marketing and editorial content to drive top-of-funnel growth
• Build and launch campaigns to drive awareness of FloodFlash’s product and, ultimately, sales
• Use technology to define and test different user-acquisition and
retention strategies, and to maximise the efficiency of our
go-to-market activities
• Report on strategic insights that can be used across the team, such as best performing messaging, audiences, and more
• Focus heavily on distribution – even the best content doesn’t get in front of people by itself
• Use all of the above to develop our content base and brand as we look to scale in the UK, US, and beyond
What skills and experience you will need
• Previous experience (2+ years) in a marketing or product specialist role
• Ability to get to grips with and communicate the details of our product
• Excellent creativity and sense of visual design, ability to produce compelling copy, and great attention to detail
• Passion for using technology to expand marketing reach and drive strategic insights
• Willingness to engage with the role at every level in the marketing funnel, from lead generation through to sales
• Excitement about the opportunity for technology to change the
world of insurance, and about providing affordable protection to those
in the highest risk areas around the world
• You are always learning, you love a team environment and are able to get stuff done
Benefits
• Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
• You will have an equity stake in the company through our employee stock options scheme
• Flexible working arrangements (while we’d like to see you as
much as possible, we care about getting the work done, not just showing
your face!)
• An opportunity to fast track your experience, responsibility and
skills, and to influence the development of a fast-growing startup
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our
company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour,
national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or
disability.
