Your role
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, product sales, ROI and generate sales leads
- Develop an appropriate social media strategy to make use of social media avenues for marketing campaigns
- Develop, own and administer an effective content marketing plan
- Develop effective marketing materials (case studies, reports, white papers, etc.)
- Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars
- Assist sales growth with organic SEO online paid search, referral
and affiliate programs, online display advertising and traditional media
campaigns to optimize sales promotion and customer acquisition.
- Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)
- Oversee management of all digital channels
- Manage day-to-day messaging/posts
- Conduct and report analysis of site and social activity
- Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs
- Develop and maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging
- Update and manage company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, etc.)
- Coordinate with management and sales to actively promote new and existing products and services.
- Monitor competitor activities to identity industry-relevant practices for developing new strategies.
- Maintain communication calendar and prepare weekly and monthly reports to guide online presence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Flexible personality, willingness to wear a variety of hats with a smile
- Self-starter, with drive to get the job done with little supervision
- 3-5 years experience in marketing; 3+ years of digital marketing experience is preferred
- Experience in developing written content for online and offline marketing
- Solid understanding of the peculiarities of B2B businesses
- Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video)
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management systems (Wordpress)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native or near-native level of English is required
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools
- Experience in the Security sector (policing or other) or in SaaS is a big plus
