Overview
The Junior IT Project Manager ensures that the project's objectives are
met. The Junior IT Project Manager oversees the different phases of the
project to ensure the desired results are achieved and the interests of
the different stakeholders are satisfied. The Junior Project Manager
will manage all the activities and resources allocated to the projects
as well as executing sw development and technology projects within cost,
quality and time.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, project coordination functions and managing a team resources effectively.
- Provide coordination for the project kick-off and follow-up meetings.
- Develop, monitor and control project scope, cost, time and quality.
- Develop a project management plan from definition to final delivery phase.
- Effectively report on project status.
- Project documentation generation including minutes of meetings, project deliverables and project closure documents.
- Ensure effective communication across the project team and key stakeholders according to best practices.
- Identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation plans.

Education and Experience
- Associate Degree required preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum experience in managing a small to medium sized end-to-end project.
- Experience in some software tools for project management preferred.
