As Product School's Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for
managing a cross-functional team of 5-15 people, and managing a 7-figure
budget.
Your team's responsibilities are generating and converting leads using all types of paid and organic digital channels.
You'll rely heavily on data, and will partner closely with the
product and sales teams to prioritize and execute campaigns most likely
to yield ROI.
Requirements:
8+ years in marketing, with mastery level experience in managing complex digital marketing programs
Ability to work on a geographically distributed team
Native or bilingual proficiency in English
Highly organized
Ability to analyze data and improve existing processes
Demonstrated ability to create and manage strategic roadmaps
Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRMs (eg, Salesforce)
Experience with email automation tools (eg, Pardot, Marketo, Outreach)
Experience with A/B testing and other CRO activities
Experience with onsite and offsite SEO
Experience executing paid acquisition campaigns (eg, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)
Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (eg, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
Love discovering new apps and testing new things
Recommended:
BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or 3+ years of equivalent technical work experience
Fluent in Spanish
