We’re now looking for our first Head of Marketing to help scale our business to the next level.
This
is a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant and ambitious Marketer –
someone driven to solve big customer problems and passionate about
tackling tough and interesting marketing challenges.
About the role:
This
is an ideal role for someone with 5-7 years of marketing experience.
You have a strong track record in digital, performance marketing, but
have also had exposure to brand marketing too. A candidate with
experience at a high-growth, early stage tech start-up is highly
desirable.
You will be leading bubble’s first significant push
into paid marketing and will be tasked with both creating the strategy
and executing on it. Skilfully and efficiently managing internal and
external resources will be key alongside getting your hands dirty with
campaign execution.
• Build the brand: Work with the CEO to
create the playbook for our tone, key messages and how we talk to the
world. Build a deep understanding of who our customers are and what
resonates with them.
• Set the strategy: Determine in what and when our budget will be deployed to hit our ambitious growth targets.
• Execute campaigns: Drive customer acquisition across digital, ABL, content, referral and influencer channels.

Own the funnel: Implement campaigns and processes that constantly
optimise the customer journey and maximise customer lifetime value.
• Manage resources: Build a world-class marketing team, encompassing outside agencies and in-house colleagues.
Experience & Skills required
•
Data-driven: Highly numerate with a passion for data-driven decision
making. Testing, learning and reporting form a core part of how you
operate.
• Brand: Experience working on the internal positioning
piece required to set the foundations for successful acquisition &
retention campaigns.
• Social & content: Strong content
marketing background and experience working with influencers to drive
brand and direct acquisition.
• Digital: Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and affiliate marketing in particular.
• Offline: Some broad experience executing campaign on channels such as the Tube and Outdoor.
• Creativity: An ability to generate fun and memorable campaign ideas and to write great content and copy.
• Agency management: Demonstrable experience successfully hiring and managing third-party marketing agencies.
