Your Role:
We
are looking for a growth hacker with the creative, analytical technical
mindset, that is not afraid of experimenting! This will be a hybrid
role between marketing and product so technical capabilities (not a
full-fledged developer role) combined with marketing experience would be
the perfect mix.

Your Tasks:
- Work
with cross functional team (Product, Marketing, Operations, BI, Sales)
to establish growth strategies to support Smunch’s goals
- Create, manage and experiment with new acquisition, retention and activation campaigns
- Experiment with various performance marketing channels and digital marketing channels
- Analyse and optimise the outcomes of above mentioned activities
Your Profile:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Product marketing, Search Marketing, Retargeting or CRM tools
- Experience with Google AdWords and ideally Facebook ads
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience working with a CRM tool (Hubspot would be a BIG plus)
- In-depth expertise on a wide variety of analytics and visualisation tools
- You are a self-starter, with a real passion for building structures and strategies from the ground-up
- You are very curious, pragmatic and willing to take on responsibilities very rapidly
Following skills are nice to have:
- B2B or SaaS marketing experience
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in RESTful API
- Experience in building landing pages
