Launched in
our first country just over 2 years ago and now with more than 3000
influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, we’re growing
faster than ever and now are keen to find someone as passionate as we
are about our project to join the team at this exciting stage of our
company’s journey of propelling our ambition of Stateside expansion.
We
are looking for an experienced VP of People, someone who knows what it
takes to create a people-first environment at scale leading the HR team.
You love fast-paced and
challenging environment, and have passion for organizational strategy,
building companies and teams, and working closely with the Founders.
You’ll make sure performance, compensation, and career growth all go
hand in hand.
You will:
Work closely with the Founders on Organizational Strategy and Culture;
Creates, plans and implements the organizations’ human resources programs and functions;
Build a winning organization from
the top-down by implementing human capital solutions that promote a
culture of leadership, collaboration and accountability during a period
of rapid growth;
Oversees HR budget and KPIs;
Manage the People’s team and make
them grow - you’ll create a detailed staffing and development strategy
to help departments deliver on their goals;
Support managers to become amazing managers.
You need to have:
7+ years of HR experience;
Experience working in startups with more than 100 employees, preferably in tech;
Strong communication skills;
English Native or excellent verbal and written communication
