The global Platform and Automation team
At the core of Mid-Market’s Platform and Automation team is our
vision; to be a global team of collaborators, builders and trusted
partners respected for our ability to drive intelligence at scale and
deliver robust and extensible solutions. We’re a team of 15 data
scientists and developers based in Barcelona, Boston, London and Sao
Paulo joined by this common goal.
Core Values
Fail fast, fail smart. Failure gives us space to disrupt and brings new insights and innovation.
Think Global Not Local. Global scope allows us to draw
on the benefits of scale, skillset and human diversity, in order to meet
and raise the evolving needs of our stakeholders.
Strategically balance innovation and standardization. Innovation
is crucial for continual improvements and to ‘build the car not the
faster horse’, while standardization bridges technical silos and enable
platform transformation.

Help scale and build internal tools used by more than 500
