🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE
Creativity and proactive thinking are our motos in the Data Intelligence team! By joining us, you will work with an exceptionally talented group in an international collaborative environment.
You will be responsible for the research and development of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to extract knowledge from text documents, images and videos in order to solve highly complex business problems and support decision making.
To solve image-related problems such as classification and recognition, you will be mainly researching convolutional Neural Networks and their variants (FasterR-CNN, SDD, inception, etc.). Natural Language Processing and LSTM networks will be mainly used to solve text-related problems.
With a knack for analysis, math and statistics, you’ll conduct research from which you'll develop prototypes and proof of concept and you’ll put the developments working in production environments.

Missions:
Work with large data sets from multiple data sources
Research on several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization to bring innovation to our products
Being up to date about the state-of-the-art on both academic papers and industry tools
Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data
Own your work from ideation to production, with the support of business and product team
Deploy and monitor models in production environments
Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
🏆 ABOUT YOU
Your Profile:
PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field or comparable proved experience.
2+ years of relevant experience manipulating datasets and building natural language processing and/or computer vision models
Experience with Python, Keras, TensorFlow, Pytorch and SQL
Experience working with and creating data architectures
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
Bright, energetic, highly motivated self-starter with experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization
Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to various audiences
You’ll Be Our Rockstar If:
You have experience using Function as a service infrastructure (Serverless, AWS Lambda) and Containers (Dockers..)
You’re familiar with Scala, Hadoop or C++
You are experienced with Agile development processes: Scrum, Kanban
You understand Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, Service Oriented
You already worked with AWS technologies, ElasticSearch
