The mission for our Customer Success Manager is to make sure our
customers are thrilled to use Flowlity on a daily basis, because we give
the best recommendations and onboard their customers and suppliers in
our network.
**Outcomes**
- Reach 95% consumer satisfaction in our monthly CSE (Customer Satisfaction Evaluation)
Create the perfect customer experience, day to day supporting them with the perfect plan
- Build the network : Make sure we onboard 20% of suppliers and customers of our existing customer in 12 months
Get the whole supply chain connected for all our current customers
- Provide the highest ROI to our customers
Achieve at least 90% of revenue targets and ROI committed with our customers.
- Onboard new customers in less than 4 months
Achieve 80% of customers on-boarded using our solution in less than 4 months
**Competencies and Requirements**
- Very good knowledge of supply chain management
- Good communication & sales skills
- Previous experience with deploying Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Proactivity
- Tenacity and determination
- Love to take up challenges!
