What we're looking for?
Datumize
is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team! As a CS
Manager you will be working, with clients, to support them in the proper
use of our tool. You will use your technical knowledge to find solid
solutions to problems our clients are facing!
The
ideal candidate will leverage an understanding of technology and use
their personable and service oriented demeanor to always look for the
solution that aims at the highest level of satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the customer in all things Datumize.
- Track the assignment of client accounts and build a solid relationship to uncover additional needs.
- Ensure the proper use and integration of our products client-side.
- Assist colleagues in event of client stall or other situations.
- Communicate client issues, to the proper internal stakeholders, to ensure problems are solved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow process and documentation needs in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency
- Understanding of; servers, databases (SQL, Hadoop, etc), processing, caching strategies and data visualization
- High level of attention to detail and critical thinking capability
- Personable and friendly demeanor
- Self motivated with excellent time management skills
