About You
You’re a self-starter who takes initiative with the ability to juggle
multiple priorities—focused on delivering results. Ultimately, you
should be able to oversee all marketing content and email initiatives to
ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer
experience at every lifecycle stage.
To be effective,
you’ll have the strong ability to define email strategies, create
content, and work across various departments to ensure our brand’s look
and tone is consistent across all mediums. You’ll partner with many
different kinds of cross-functional teams to create relevant content and
email that flawlessly complements sales activities across channels. Being a major part of efficiently driving revenue and new customer acquisition will be a singular key to success.

- Superior oral and written communications and interpersonal

- Demonstrated success in creating lead acquisition strategies and revenue generation through email and inbound content campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with experience collecting and evaluating data to measure the success of marketing programs
- Exceptionally strong project management skills
Things You Will Do
Harmony is a fast-growing company, so you'll likely get experience on
many different projects across the organization. That said, here are
some things you'll probably do:
- Write, refine and edit email and content copy for maximum effectiveness
- Optimize content according to SEO and best conversion practice
- Create, publish, and monitor the distribution of engaging content
- Ensure messaging and strategy alignment across all marketing channels to maximize brand cohesion and reach
- Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance
- Segment email lists and develop systems for nurture campaigns to various audiences
- Manage subscriber database to grow the email list and improve response
- Measure effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and monitor subscriptions
- Analyze analytics and generate performance reports to deliver each week
- Manage
multiple email and content campaigns assuring that all data inputs for
the campaign are accurate and that the campaign renders correctly
- Execute end-to-end test and QA plans for emails, offers and landing pages
- Execute A/B tests on an ongoing basis to improve email and content performance
- Analyze weekly email analytics to measure the performance of campaigns to understand how to improve or adapt to the market
Continuously
work to improve knowledge on email and content campaign best practices
(functionality, cadence, deliverability, etc.)
