individual to join Fluendo and be an essential part when growing our
project. Our ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the videogaming
industry; understanding of the esports ecosystem will be highly valued
when evaluating candidates. The candidate should have exceptional oral
and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content
within the Community Management Team. You should be a ‘people person’
with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online
and offline conversations with our community. You should also be able to
perform basic office management tasks like booking traveling
arrangements, dealing with suppliers, greeting visitors, providing
general administrative support to employees, among others.

Responsibilities:
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
- Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Being an active participant when defining social media goals and suggesting creative and effective ways to achieve them
- Detecting opportunities to collaborate with influencers on different social media channels
- Following up on agreements signed with influencers making sure that our brands are taken care of
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Perform office management tasks
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
Requirements:
- Fluent English is mandatory. The interview will be done in English
- Knowledge and understanding of the videogames industry, knowledge on esports will be highly valued
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience
launching community initiatives (for example, building an online forum,
launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing
an email newsletter)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
