To turn Brickchain into a lively ecosystem, we need to create:
- a community of hackers creating privacy-oriented services on our platform, to make the protocol evolve
- a strong network of business partners to create standard
services on our platform. We will act as an acquisition channel for
these customers
- a very diverse portfolio of clients using these services
created in the ecosystem. First clients belong to industries with strong
identity requirement (such as financial services, rentals, access to
sensitive resources or data)
- a network of agencies using our protocol for their clients
This position is an extremely challenging and exciting one: you will
be at the forefront of evangelizing a decentralized internet,
understanding customer needs, shaping our sales strategy, defining and
measuring KPIs for success.
Our dream candidate would have:
- a track record for closing difficult deals in a tech environment,
in sales, business development or partnerships, selling SaaS or PaaS.
- experience managing clients on a variety of sectors, from startup
size to enterprise. Ideally, you a history of building a client base for
a startup
- ability to set sales processes and educate others on sales strategy and reporting
- a strong culture and deep understanding of technology and
startups. You quiver when you hear words such as decentralization, open
source, privacy
- strong problem solving skills, flexible spirit, you can play with a
culturally diverse team to reconcile an idealistic vision with
ambitious business objectives!
