We are looking for a strong Data leader that will help us define and execute our Data Strategy, as we pivot from being an operations driven company to a technology driven one.     • Develop and implement the overall Data strategy for the company, working closely with the CTO and other tech and business unit leaders
    • Oversee and coordinate the work of Data Analytics, Engineering, and Science teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards
    • Lead the implementation of the company Data Governance infrastructure, creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices that govern Data acquisition, storage, management, monitoring, analysis and dissemination
    • Lead the analytical Data aArchitecture from a strategic and technical perspective, and promote a strong data culture within the company
    • Lead the Data Science initiatives that make Jobandtalent a unique and extremely powerful product
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Data space, and make recommendations for how the company can leverage these trends to improve its Data capabilities

You have

    • 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles, including 6+ years in a senior leadership position
    • Deep technical knowledge of Data architecture (event store and stream-processing platform, SQL and NoSQL databases, data transformations, data storage, etc.)
    • Strong expertise in Data Analytics infrastructure (data integrations, orchestrators, data modelling, bi-tools)
    • Proven experience leading and managing large, complex Data projects and teams, including experience with high-scalability Data platforms and tools
    • Proven experience setting up Data Governance practices – solid understanding of data quality, security, and privacy best practices
    • Good understanding of industry-specific data regulations and certifications, such as GDPR
    • Great leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality work

    • Good understanding of Data Science concepts (regression/classification, supervised/unsupervised) and MLOps practices (deploying models to production, versioning, monitoring, keeping them up-to-date)

    • AI – TensorFlow, OpenAI, XGBoost
    • Analytics – Metabase, Superset, Looke
