Job Description

  • Requisitos mínimos

    · Experience in defining the Software Quality processes, test plans and executing them
    · Practical knowledge in VoIP (SIP, RTP...)
    · Usage of troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Linux/networking to capture traces and logs remotely
    · English language at a professional conversation level
    · Oriented to servicing customers

User Experience, Quality and Support oriented enthusiast to take the Quality Assurante and Support Lead role.

We seek someone:

- Customer Oriented

- Capable of designing and bringing to reality processes and tools
- With attention to detail but with pragmatic and fast execution

Her functions will include the following duties:

Quality Assurance Lead:

- Define and evolve Quality Assurance processes
- Define and track Quality KPIs and Usage Analytics
- Create/update Test Plans of several software products
- Create/update list of verified Mobile phones and accessories
- Establish Quality Requirements for subcontractors
- Execute Test Plan of internal versions before delivery to customer and of modules delivered by subcontractors
- Lead Test Automation process

Technical Support:

- Provide technical pre-sales support of the products and solutions
- Provide technical post-sales support both directly and by coordinating subcontracted resources
- Create/update Technical 3rd Level Support, establish procedures to fast recover service while gathering the necessary information about the issue
- Create/update Solutions and Product Documentation to be delivered to customers
