The Role
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI designer to join our Product team and work closely with developers and designers. You will create design solutions by understanding business requirements, technical possibilities, and user’s needs.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with product managers to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Illustrate design ideas creating user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups specific for each project.
- Create prototypes and run tests to validate new ideas before implementing using figma, invision, maze y usability hub.
- Define and improve style guides to keep consistency and scalability.
- Design the final user interface following clients' look and feel (such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets).
- Improve/optimize existing flows and experiences by identifying and troubleshoot UX or UI problems to ensure an improvement.
- Prepare design handoff (design, flows, final designs, aspects, use cases) for developers.
- Give support to the Front and Back Developer and review the design once implemented.
- Prepare and present proposals to internal teams (management team, key account managers, product team) and key stakeholders.
- Optimize time and efforts of the communication related to the design process for our clients
