The UX Researcher will directly support the product vision by gathering the data we need to validate our user-centric strategies. This role is an important contributor to improving the quality of the customer experience while bringing value to Nextail.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team of designers and experts to propose and create actionable solutions within the company.
What will you do:
Requirements analysis, finding out what users and stakeholders need and want from the product from both a design and business perspective.
Prototype and concept testing. Collaborate with other designers to test ideas, share challenges, provide feedback and build quality in your practice.
Surveys and quantitative data analysis. Uncover actionable insights by collecting and analyzing data from different internal sources.
Usability testing. Evaluate existing user interfaces, validate designs and gather feedback with users and stakeholders to propose continuous improvements and changes to the user interface and interaction.
Focus groups, workshops, and other co-creative design methods to bring the UX and design strategy to life.
Ethnographic Studies, In-depth contextual interviews with task completion.
Collect and maintain the knowledge gained from the different research tasks so that it is readily available and actionable by the rest of the team.
Agile research, desk research including domain and competitor analysis.

Design and plan research from scratch.
Master different research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) to understand different types of customers. Interviews, surveys, focus groups, empathy maps…
Identify archetypes and analyze customer journeys.
Synthesize information, draw conclusions and be able to bring the results together in a concrete way to transmit them to the rest of the teams.
Identify insights and define hypotheses.
Carrying out fieldwork.
Nice to have:
Experience working on AI products and a deep understanding of how to build data-driven experiences.
Understanding of retail dynamics - exposure to fashion retail is a plus.
