We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. You will be working closely with the product squad to define and deliver user-centric offerings that add value. You will do this by forming a deep understanding of user needs and current product offerings that allow you to write, manage and execute against requirements. Begin to build your product maturity by working to understand and align to the broader product strategy and business objectives.

What you'll bring to us:
- 10+ years of experience.
- 2+ years experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Drive your squad: Work closely with your engineering and design counterparts to evolve the work of your squad so that it aligns to the broader efforts set by a Senior Manager or Product Director.
- Execute with Excellence: Enable the day-to-day effectiveness of your squadthrough completion of activities such as user story creation, backlog grooming, and clear and frequent communication with your team.
- Measure what matters: Measure and improve key product metrics to enhance the user experience.
- Easily work with the engineering team on products/components that are technical in nature (insight generation, data analytics, base platform capabilities such as IDAM, Multitenancy), as limited UI driven feature/work is expected.
- Clearly articulate and manage dependencies between teams, esp. From the application platform consumers.
- Ability to understand technical/implementation challenges and drive the definition of viable potential solutions.
- Deep relationships/proactive engagement with platform consumers teams (data & product engineering, technical account managers, etc.) that reflect an elevated level of trust.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- The position offers remote flexibility. However, in-office presence may be required for meetings or team-building.
