It’s due to this strong growth at ForceManager that we require a
self-motivated CRM Technical Consultant to join in our operations team
in Madrid to work on our international accounts.
The growth in the customer base has led
to an increase of ForceManager volume of service requests. In order to
respond to them all, and attend all the customer’s needs, we need a CRM
Technical consultant with initiative, energy and motivation to join our
team in Madrid.
In addition, you will have direct interaction with the consultancy Team providing support and helping with the set-up and configuring of ForceManager implementations.
The ideal candidate will be able to
understand and empathize with a customer’s needs and of course, answer
all their questions and requests!
Key requirements:
· IT or engineering degree
· Have
at least 1 years’ experience working within CRM Technical consultancy,
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
· Strong SQLServer knowledge. Hands on experience with SQL queries.
· Talend Integration knowledge will be a plus.
· Advanced English
· Resolve
problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics, and
also by thinking out-of-the-box when anything established is not enough.
· Adapt fast to continuous changes with high resilience.
· Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations as much as possible.
· Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
· Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
