Hostaway is a household name for property managers around the world that are looking to increase revenue and streamline their process - without all the hassle.

We are looking for Technical Account Managers who will be developing strong customer relations with our +500MRR clients. As part of our Customer Success team, your focus will be to proactively support clients in their portfolio, in order optimize their experience on our platform, and maximize their advantages. 60-70% of the role is about supporting our clients while 30-40% is strategic and sales-related i.e: upselling, preventing churn, etc.

Your background:

Highly-motivated to work as part of an international start-up, with remote teams in different cities
Willing to work as contractor (freelancer)
Creative thinker driven to come up with innovative solutions for clients, to improve their experience and increase revenue (i.e: marketing tools, photography, copy, and so on)
Have experience in managing a larger portfolio of B2C and B2B clients
Recognize yourself as a self-starter, flexible team player, and a quick learner
Go-getter on B2B service level
You thrive on cultivating human relationships and helping customers understand how to better interact with products
Can renegotiate sales deals with clients to improve CLTV

Your skillset:

Experience with Slack, Zendesk, SaaS, Gmail suite, Excel
Advanced English language skills (verbal and written) (Additional languages are a bonus!)
Basic-to-High level of understanding of KPIs i.e how to build and analyze reports

A big plus if you have:

Experience as a host with OTAs e.x: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia
Understand how to use other Channel Management or PMS software products and/or are familiar with their functionality
Familiar with payment softwares e.x: Stripe, PayPal etc
You’ve used dev software Jira, Webhooks (Zapier), APIs etc
Test product improvements & reproducing testing of customer tech issues
