Providing direct talent support to business areas and participating in a
variety of strategic and corporate TA projects.

Act as an internal consultant providing advice of recruitment and ensure there is fluid and effective communication with all stakeholders;
Manage the entire recruitment process: from choosing the best channels to post our amazing job openings on and markets in which to focus our searches, to screening resumes, while ensuring the candidates receive the best possible experience whilst in the process of interviewing and hiring;
Ensure accuracy of data in the recruitment database, identify talent acquisition opportunities based on data and developing creative and effective sourcing strategies;
Identify new developments and trends in online recruitment.
At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist or talent acquisition role;
Digital experience in HR (e-recruitment, social media, etc.);
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases;
Willing to work in a multicultural environment;
English Native or excellent verbal and written communication

You will work very closely with CEO, Head of HR and, Marketing and Sales stakeholders
