About you
In line with M47’s exciting growth, we are on the quest for a talented SDET interested in working with an AI Powered Search System used by millions of users worldwide, with one of our major clients.
About your day-to-day:
- Create and execute test cases for new features and enhancements, as well as perform regression testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to verify various system functionalities.
- Set up and configure test environments, including simulators and devices.
- Collaborate with the team to create test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify and report defects with clear documentation.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the test automation framework, ensuring its scalability and maintainability.
- Maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback to developers

What you'll need:
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken) and native knowledge of German
- Solid knowledge of Python
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or as software developer
- Understanding of Software Development Cycle and CD/CI pipelines
- Prior experience with software QA
- Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with an international and cross functional team
Desired experience/skills
- Understanding of ML based search engines
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment and experience with iOS a plus
- Experience with web services development
- Familiarity with additional development languages such as Swift, Javascript..
- Experience with GIT or other version control systems
- Drive for innovation
Education
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
