Mundimoto is a profitable start-up that buys, repairs, and sells motorbikes. It has moved from selling 50 motorbikes to 1000 per month in one year, and we're projecting a 10x growth during 2022 through expanding operations in Spain and over Europe. We're looking for a Senior UX/UI who drives designs from early-stage concepts all the way through to final delivery and launch. You'll work closely with product management and engineering.

What you’ll do:- Analyze user behaviors and pain points and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business requirements and goals.
- Quickly and iteratively execute across all phases of design: research, conceptual foundation for design solutions, UX flows, prototype using a variety of tools and methods, creation of production-ready designs, usability testing, etc.
- Work comfortably on complex sets of features, maintaining consistency between all the different products.
- Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into the design.
- Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions.
- Rapidly validate the hypothesis, concepts, and prototypes with real users.
- Solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
- Make sure all our websites and software are accessible to everyone.
- Contribute to our Design System by defining, crafting, and evolving new components with consistency, scalability, and flexibility in mind.
- Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.
- Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management.
- Present work to Product and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Proactively request and provide feedback in order to continually raise the bar we set for quality.
- Review the release performance, identify learnings and find ways to enhance it. We believe in continuous improvement!
- Identify the key metrics for the projects you are involved in and take ownership for achieving their success.
YOUR PROFILE
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Professional UI/UX design experience as a key member of a design team participating in the product development lifecycle.
- Strong portfolio of design projects and UI/UX processes.
- Solid knowledge of Figma (if you master Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools we’re confident you will be able to work with Figma as well)
- Experience carrying out usability testing and design research activities.
- Familiarity with analytics data to inform design decisions.
- Experience in interaction design, typography, color, and design patterns.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Comfortable with changing demands and priorities.
- Team player, positive, self-starter, resilient, and with a sense of ownership.
- A great communicator who can convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- A constant learner. You will be always growing - both personally and with the team.

It will be considered a significant advantage if you have:- Strong experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems.
- While you aren't a front-end engineer, you are not afraid of front-end technology fundamentals like HTML/CSS and use your knowledge to shape a better design and engineering collaboration.
