Teespring is a platform for creators to design and sell clothing, and for buyers to buy it!

We were founded in 2011. Since then, we have made and sold 20.000.000 products, and have grown to a team of 30 engineers with offices in 5 cities.

The role

We are looking for software engineers with 3+ years of experience to join our European development team.

Engineers are partially remote: most of us work from home in Catalunya and meet in Barcelona every week, but we travel to our London office regularly too.

We normally speak English at work.

The work

We use Agile methodologies, with 2-week iterations, daily standups, and user stories. TDD and pairing is encouraged but not required.

We use modern Rails as well as React and Redux, and the European team is leading our transition towards a multi-service architecture.

The engineering organisation is divided into several full-stack teams. Each team has their own focus, roadmap, and backlog. We encourage engineers to suggest ideas and feedback for how we can grow and improve our products.
