We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager (+8y of experience) to work on an international project.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a requirement to be present in the Barcelona office 2 times a week.
Responsibilities
• Facilitating meetings / communications with internal and/or external project stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working
• Using financial acumen (CAPEX/OPEX) and analytical skills to provide insights and make decisions in support of the project completion.
• Manage complex projects
• Following and reporting on projects from inception till completion (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)
• Preparation of proposals, including costs and resources
• Assessing and proactively manage requirements, resources, risks, project budgets and product cost and develop & implement mitigation plans
• Quality assurance, making sure SCOPE does meet stakeholders needs
• Preparation of reports for Directors, VPs and executive levels…
What will we value in your application?
• PMP/PRINCE II, ITIL and similar experience/certification
• English language proficient
• Strong communication skill
• Financial acumen (MUST)
• 8 Years Project manager experience
• Multicultural background work experience
• Proactivity
• Experience dealing with global projects
It will be a plus:
• French Language
• ITIL Certified is a plus
• Experience in chemical industry environments
• Technical knowledge: DBA, Oracle, AWS, Azure, DBA
