As a Product Manager for the wefox Workspace you will work on a cutting edge, user-facing tool that will change how insurance products are built. Working with a designer and an engineering team, you will discover and define new features to deliver on strategic targets, enabling internal and external users to configure insurance products.
In this role you will:
- Take ownership of the product builder, the key part of the Workspace, establishing a roadmap that balances long term goals with the ability to take advantage of short and medium term opportunities and is aligned with the broader product strategy
- Work with the Group Product Manager on exploring and updating the product vision and strategy
- Prioritise, discover and define features together with a UX/UI designer, and work with the engineering team on their implementation
- Collaborate closely with our Insurance Platform domain teams to align roadmaps and ensure we are adding as much value as possible to the platform and its users
- Stay up to date with developments in insurance, technology and our competitive space, and contribute to the continual evolution of our product strategy
- Proactively communicate with your peers in product and other stakeholders across the business - whether it’s a change to the roadmap, a new idea or the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’
What you bring:
- 3 or more years of experience in product management (any industry) with a proven track record of defining, launching and iterating on user-facing products and features
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a major plus
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn the ins and outs of how insurance products are built
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, taking a collaborative approach to engagement
- Excellent communication skills in English - other European languages are a plus
