The highly successful InsurTech wefox was founded in Switzerland in November 2014. It successfully operates across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. wefox is customer-centric and utilizes an ecosystem of key brokers and insurance companies to meet customer needs of trust and simplification. By combining the most advanced technology with traditional insurance consulting know-how, wefox has already managed to acquire more than 250,000 customers. We are now in phase two of our growth and need to continue to increase scale and improve scalability as we enter additional markets.

Responsibilities
- You will be part of wefox Customer team (B2C) and will have responsibility for our 3 platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Manage internal communication with the different departments
- Perform user labs and interviews with our final users
- Launch and closely monitor the performance of new features across all the platforms
- Translate the business requirement for our Design (UX/UI) and Tech teams
- Change the way people look to insurance
Qualifications & Skills
- Energetic and hands-on attitude
- Being able to write good specifications
- Have stress resilience and being able to work in multiple projects at a time
- Good communicator and great Team player
- Visual with good attention to detail and a passion for beautifully made products (User Experience, customer centricity...)
- Having an MVP approach to fast execution
- Data-driven and analytic thinking
- Conversion optimization experience would be a plus
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
