We’re looking for a Product Manager in Integrations to join our team. We expect you to help us in building, launching, and enhancing our product integrations with ecommerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and BigCommerce) which our merchants use on a day-to-day basis. This includes responsibility for rolling out new features, prioritizing tech requests , launching new integrations based on market opportunity/demand, and strategy and roadmap. You will be working cross-functional with tech, partnerships, marketing, sales, operations and responsible for the relationships with external agencies.

What your job will entail… 🙂
Develop and shape the product roadmap and strategy for our platform integrations.
Research and understand users' needs and problems and determine the right set of opportunities to develop.
Managing end-to-end relationships between internal and external development resources.
Staying up to date with latest ecommerce trends, developments and technologies.
Set-up feedback loops to continuously improve quality of integrations and customer experiences.
Co-create a scalable integrations program, identify and replicate value drivers in the customer journey.
Drive product planning, design, and product requirement documents for new integrations and enhancements.
Roadmap and its execution: own the backlog, define and write user stories, prioritize, adapt to change, manage, and help to manage uncertainty.
Maintain “birds eye view” of integrations; managing resources, teams, stakeholders and missions to ensure the highest quality outcome.
Nurture and coach your product team in agile and product practices and be part of its continuous improvement.

Familiar with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and others.
Extensive hands-on experience in product management roles within the software or online consumer industry.
Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues, leading a product team and launching new products.
Experience defining key customer and product metrics.
Enjoys using tools like Jira, Confluence and Github to improve, execute, track and monitor product progress.
Data-informed and outcome-focused mindset.
