Our Product and Tech team work together to empower and inspire our users and clients with a first-class career and recruitment platform, connecting everyone with a world of opportunities.

Our team is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to define and lead the B2B product vision, strategy and roadmap. This is a high-impact position that will accelerate Hosco’s growth by strengthening our B2B product portfolio.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have at least 5 years of product experience - ideally in a marketplace and/or SaaS company in the recruiting space
  • You are skillful at distilling down complex product requests and stakeholder views into simple but effective user experiences
  • You have a track record of working across a variety of functional teams and building high quality products
  • You are proficient with product development best practices and you excel at laying out strategic product roadmaps and executing them
  • You have excellent communication skills and are great at articulating goals, progress, and priorities to all levels of the organisation
  • You are customer-data-centric: You have strong analytical skills and you go above and beyond to inform your product decisions with relevant quantitative and qualitative user insights
  • You are a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Define and lead the B2B product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Explore new opportunities and develop a compelling value proposition to our B2B target audience
  • Strengthen the defensibility of our model with game-changing features
  • Turn strategic objectives into a compelling quarterly roadmap and OKRs
  • Monitor product metrics and take actions to reach business objectives
  • Communicate outcomes and learnings to peers and stakeholders.
