About the role
As the Senior Performance Specialist - Google Ads at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns to drive efficient performance and maximize ROI. This role will be pivotal in maximizing our online presence and driving growth for the company.
You will report directly to the Director of Growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Your missions
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
Utilize your expertise in Google Ads to drive efficient campaign management, defining the strategy in partnership with our SEO Manager.
Work independently to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage a significant budget of €1 million, ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.
Focus on efficiency metrics such as Cost per Acquisition (CAC) to drive cost-effective advertising strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and messaging for improved performance.
Report regularly on campaign progress, performance metrics, and business insights to the leadership team.
Your profile
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record of managing large budgets and achieving efficient performance.
Autonomous and independent, with the ability to drive campaign management and optimization.
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
Familiarity with small CAC metrics and strategies.
Experience in conducting A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable business insights.
Experience in reporting on campaign performance to leadership teams.
Strong English communication skills, with proficiency in additional languages such as French and Spanish highly valued.
