developer for one of our biggest projects.
Project Description
- Cloud based Mobile Apps supported by Cloud Foundry as underlying platform and PaaS
- Working with Hexad as Strategic Supplier for Volkswagen Group
- Extensive usage of microservices architecture and advanced spring framework
- Products are developed for the benefit of end users and lot of apps are being developed concurrently
- Long term assignments leading to various innovative solutions or
products that can be replicated across the Volkswagen group worldwide
- Application stack supported by Spring boot and Spring Cloud
- Various trainings and workshops to be offered as knowledge sessions for professionals
- Professionals will be part of a totally Agile environment where
best practices like pair programming, tdd, DDD, BDD are driven every
business day
- The Dig labs are a critical part of Volkswagen's Digitalization Mission statement for 2025
Skills & Requirements
Essential skills:
- Java, Spring MVC framework (Experience in one or two Spring module:Spring security , boot, Spring Cloud, Batch, etc..)
- Hibernate, JDBC
- Excellent English communication skills
- TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Pair Programing.
- JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- At least 5 to 6 years on IT experience
Bonus Points for:
.- Tools - Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery tools such as Maven, SVN, Jenkins, etc.,
- Extreme Programming and pair programming exposure, lean XP, Kanban, Lean Agile
- Knowledge of Scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Knowledge and experience in any of these Cloud platforms like
Cloud foundry, AWS, Microsoft Azure, EC2, Google Cloud, Photon etc.,
- IOS Apps, Ruby on Rails, Ruby, Jquery on mobile etc.,
