You are the first point of contact for 150+ employees (mostly software engineers) in our Barcelona Lab
You purchase, install and set up new hardware in the lab, including networking infrastructure, high-end laptops for developers, tablets, the MS surface hub, other audio-visual devices like monitors and TVs
Full responsibility for the IT support and administration of clients (50% Mac, 45% Windows, 5% Linux)
Onboarding of new employees and support IT trainings
Support in different kinds of global IT projects, like the migration to a new IT Service desk including workflow improvements, implementing a Mac and Linux Management solution or enabling a computer rollout via Autopilot
+3 Years of IT Support or IT client administration experience
Mac OS, Windows 10, Office 365 Suite and Active Directory experience
Self-driven, service oriented team player with hands on mentality
Very good English skills (B2 or better)
Good communication skills
Nice to have:
- Azure AD and O365 experience in an enterprise environment
- Linux experience
- MS PowerShell scripting
