As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Last, you will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our platform's frontend components. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our technical team while delivering outstanding user experiences to our restaurant partners. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, Fullstacks, and backend engineers, to develop and enhance Last's frontend applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of robust frontend architectures and solutions that ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences, paying close attention to usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across different devices.
- Optimize frontend applications for speed and performance, utilizing best practices and techniques.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and address any issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, and proactively recommend the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and maintaining high code quality.
- Work closely with the Head of Product to understand requirements, contribute to project scoping, and provide technical insights for successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process, including sprint planning, task estimation, and prioritization.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative code development tools (e.g., GitHub).
