Context:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Tech team at Signaturit.
In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives, primarily utilizing Terraform to streamline and enhance our Cloud infrastructure.
What experience and skills do I need?
- Experience working in Linux environments and Amazon Web Services (EC2, ECS, Route 53, Cloudfront, RDS, S3, Redis, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Lambda).
- Experience working with Terraform to maintain infrastructures deployed in Amazon Web Services.
- Experience working in CI/CD pipelines with GitLab or Jenkins.
- Experience with Orchestration (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc), Automation.
- Experience in managing revision control system with GIT.
- Good analytical skills.
- Working proficiency in English.
YOUR MISSION
What will you do at Signaturit Group?
Infrastructure as Code: Define and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring a reliable and efficient deployment environment.
CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, automate, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of our software delivery process.
AWS Infrastructure Management: Take charge of our AWS infrastructure, continuously maintaining, evolving, and optimizing to meet our growing needs.
Environment Oversight: Manage all production and QA environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitoring and Alerting: Utilize the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for service monitoring, along with CloudWatch, Advisor, Node exporter, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog for comprehensive infrastructure monitoring.
Collaborative Solution Designing: Assist development teams in designing auto-scalable, fault tolerant, and highly available services, contributing to the resilience and efficiency of our applications.
Migration Projects: Participate in workload migrations from on-premise servers to AWS, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing.
Continuous Improvement: Be an active participant in continuously improving our workflows, processes, and organizational structure, ensuring we remain agile and innovative.
