    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Developing apps that embody Fueled’s commitment to building exceptional products
    • Working in a cross functional and collaborative environment using cutting edge technologies
    • Being part of a team of highly skilled and passionate people across multiple time zones
    • Work with the Android Director to define the technical direction for the Android team

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Has 5+ years of professional development experience with at least 3 years of Android development
    • Earned a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
    • Has Android application development experience using Java/Kotlin (Kotlin is a BIG plus), Android SDK / APIs / Frameworks, and Android Studio
    • Has a proven record of releasing apps to the store
    • Has object-oriented design and development experience; knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, multi-threading, and complexity analysis
    • Has a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (unit testing, continuous integration)
    • Master clean architecture, dependency injection, and reactive programming
    • Preferably has personal projects or contributions to the Android open source community
