Due to the amazing performance in 2017, we are currently enjoying a period of growth and are consolidating the way we work in the sales organization within the region. Salesforce implementation is a key part of this consolidation and we need a salesforce specialist to increase platform adoption and guarantee data accuracy.

The Salesforce Specialist will be an integral part of the team responsible for transforming the group regional sales operations function. This person will be the POC on all matters relating to the updating and data management of the Salesforce system as well as responsible for the training of the different teams using the platform. They will also be involved in the precise and detailed documentation of all data across various systems. It is essential that the successful candidate has an analytical and innovative mindset in order to thrive in the role.

In his role, the Salesforce Specialist will be working in an agile environment, collaboration is essential as they will be working with different parts of the business to produce efficient solutions that meet the business needs.

The Salesforce Specialist will be responsible for;

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce system
  • Ensuring data quality
  • Developing reports and dashboards
  • Providing user support and training
  • Gathering business requirements, document workflows, provide hands-on configuration, and troubleshoot issues
  • Assisting with the implementation and configuration of Salesforce within the business and making sure that it is meeting the needs of the business
  • Forthcoming with suggestions and improvements on the configuration of the system
